On the Blog Again....

After a 3 year hiatus, I'm on the blog again. I'm stepping away from my kitchen and heading to the open road. 

In less than a week I'm embarking on a road trip.  An epic road trip.  When all is said and done I will have traveled 3,000+ miles, across 9 states, over 12 days...
